I arrived a day after the holiday that's why there are a lot of people in the medical building which made the process a whole day examination. I suggest you go non-peak days example Wednesday or Thursday.

Here is my medical exam timeline. I got the result the same day.

There is a separate line for red and green tag.
06:00 AM Registration. They will get all documents and ask you some questions. The other copy of your appointment confirmation will be stamped "SLEC" and date of med exam. They will give you the checklist for all the test and procedures to be taken.
06:30 AM Cashier 5th floor. I advise you to take the stairs cause almost all the applicants use the elevator and it created long line delaying your day for medical. Pay 11,300 (Fee changed to Php 16,042.50 effective October 1, 2016) and wait for her advise on where you should go next. Then she will provide you the receipt. Some were directed to 4th floor- Laboratory or 3rd floor Xray.
*ALWAYS check your list if they sign it before proceeding to next step. They would always ask your full name, age and birthday*
7:00 AM Laboratory 4th floor. Hand over your passport and list in lab reception area. Then proceed to blood extraction. Again, they will instruct you where to go next so always listen to them.
8:00 AM Xray 3rd floor. Hand over you passport and list and the guy will give you a waiver asking if you had xray taken before. Then you need to write your first and last period. Keep the paper and wait for your name to be called. Once called they'll ask you to change to lab gown. For girls, bring ponytail.
9:30 AM Immunization Interview 2nd floor. Hand over your list only. Keep the passport. Sign the waiver and give it back to them. Wait for your number to be called. On the interview the doctor will ask your health history and where was your "bakuna" peklat. And if may peklat ka pa ng bulutong. She will advise you of the vaccinations to be taken.
10:30 AM Vital signs 5th floor. Place your receipt and list (this are always stapled together) in the drop box area in vital signs and wait for your name to be called. They'll check the weight, blood pressure, temperature and again will ask your first and last period. Wait for your name to be called again for the height and eye check up. Wait for your name again then the guard will direct you to physical exam waiting area.
11:30 AM Physical exam 5th floor. Give your passport, list and receipt to the doctor she will ask you many questions about your history. She will then ask you to remove all your clothes and change to lab gown then lay in. She will examine your neck, check your arms if you have scars and rectal. The doctor will sign your passport.
12:00 NN USA counter 5th floor. Once done in physical exam give your list and receipt to USA counter. She will advise you what to do next if wait or come the next day. For me she advised me to go to immunization 2nd floor but eat first because this is the longest waiting part of the exam.
12:30 PM Lunch at nearby store. I advise you to eat while waiting.
1:00 PM Immunization 2nd floor. Wait for your name to be called. Once called they will ask you to sign waiver. Then wait again for your name to be called.
4:00 PM Immunization room 2nd floor. Longest waiting part. For me I got 4 shots it depends on the advise of the doctor during your immunization interview. The nurse will advise you to go to 1st floor for releasing of results.
4:30 PM Releasing Ground floor. Wait for your name to be called and hand over your passport. Wait again then your results are ready!! Pls listen to the nurses' instructions and check if all the data in the papers are correct before they seal the brown envelope. Results include one brown envelope which you will give during interview and a CD.
I finished 6:15 PM. I advise you to go early in SLEC bring all documents. Write your name at the back of 4pcs 2x2. Bring water or bottle there are water fountains in every floor. Eat heavy breakfast. They don't allow food inside. And always have a black ballpen with you.
